Guest residence in the Bahamas.

The spatial composition of the house is formed of four separate blocks with common areas and a floor of bedrooms, overlain by a large pitched roof. 

This solution allowed to provide exterior light to the house from the inside, as well as opening the residence to the surrounding seascapes.

Two covered terraces organize numerous spaces with different orientations and views.
